This website is run by Victory Spray Foam LLC, a spray foam insulation contractor based in Anderson, Indiana. You can reach us at (765) 639-6136.

The information you choose to send us through our forms: your name, phone number, email address, town, details about your building or project, and any files you attach. We also record your text message consent choices, the date and time you submitted the form, and the IP address it came from.

Our website host automatically processes basic technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the site.

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how people find and use it: which pages get visited, which towns visitors come from, and which pages lead to a quote request. It also uses Google Tag Manager, which loads those measurement tools.

This website also uses the Meta Pixel, Meta's advertising tool, so we can measure which of our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to a quote request or a phone call, and show ads to people who have visited this site.

We do not send your name, phone number or email address to Google or Meta. When you submit a form, what those tools may receive is that a request happened, which form it was, the type of building you chose and the page you were on. When you tap our phone number, Meta receives only that the tap happened and the page it was on. Your contact details go only to us and to the systems we use to reply to you.

These tools set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics entirely using Google's browser add-on. Blocking them does not affect your ability to use this website or contact us.

If you use the chat on this website, what you write and the chat's answers are sent to our AI service provider, Anthropic, to write the replies. We keep each conversation for up to 90 days, to answer you and to check that the chat gives correct answers. The chat is an automated assistant, not a person. Please don't share payment details in it. If you ask for a quote in the chat, the quote form you send is handled like any other form on this site.

Our quote, bid and paperwork forms and the website chat use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a request comes from a person and not an automated program. It runs silently in the background when you send a form or start a chat. Cloudflare's handling of that information is described in the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

To answer your request, prepare quotes and bids, schedule and complete work, send the text messages you agreed to, and keep records of your consent and your job.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. See our Terms for details.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website, our forms and our customer communications, and only so they can provide those services to us, or when the law requires it.

For as long as we need it to respond to you, complete and warranty your job, and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

You can ask us to update or delete the information you sent us by calling (765) 639-6136. Records we must keep by law, or to support a warranty, may be retained.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
