Marion County
The biggest housing stock we cover
Indianapolis and the towns inside the county line. It is the largest and the oldest housing stock in our area, which is why most of what we are called for here is retrofit work rather than new build — plus the warehouses, apartment buildings and cold storage around the city's edges.

Our home county
We are based in Anderson, so Madison County is the county we are on most weeks. The housing here is older, so the work is usually retrofit: crawlspaces, attics and taking old insulation out before the foam goes on. Outside the towns it is pole barns, machine sheds and shops.
