What's covered.
- Lifetime of the building.All of our spray foam is covered for as long as the building stands.
- It transfers when you sell.The foam warranty moves to the next owner.
- Crawlspace vapor barrier: 10 years.Encapsulation vapor barriers carry their own 10-year warranty.
What's not covered.
- Foam that's been torn into.Damage from cutting, tearing or removing the foam after we finish.
- Foam left uncovered where it needs covering.Foam that needs paint, a coating or drywall and didn't get it.

What's the warranty?
Our foam is covered for the life of the building, and the warranty transfers to the next owner. Crawlspace vapor barriers carry a 10-year warranty. It doesn't cover foam that's been torn into, or foam that wasn't properly covered where it needs paint, a coating or drywall. To make a claim, just call us.
How do quotes work?
We quote on site or over the phone, and quotes go out within 24 hours. A quote is good for 30 days.
How does payment work?
We collect a 50% deposit to schedule the job and the rest when it's done, unless other terms are agreed beforehand. Large commercial jobs have their own payment terms.
